Refunds are not available at this time on products that are worn or missused. However, BKLYN will work diligently with the postal services if your item arrives damaged due to weather, or mishandling. 

At BKLYN MAde we stand next to each product on our shelves. Therefore, we are proud to offer a store credit at any one of our locations or at our online store. (Please note valid proof that your item arrived damaged must be submited before your refund is processed for review. There is no gaurentee that a refund will be exchanged after company findings.
